Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for turning blueprints into reality We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to drive high-impact projects from concept to completion. In this role, you'll oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution-ensuring every detail aligns with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Requirements:

· Bachelors of Civil Engineering and an equalent degree from an accredited institution

· Minimum 3years of experience in construction project management

· Should have experience in both architectural and interior projects

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite is required

· Should have own vehicle to travel

· Must be able to communicate in Kannada and English

Skills:

· Understanding and knowledge of project management and building construction.

· Managing project progress and adapting work as required

· Optimizing and improving processes and team handling experience

· Engage with stakeholders to determine and execute the project seamlessly

Responsibilities:

· Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and deadlines.

· Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.

· Budget & Cost Control: Monitor financial performance, manage costs, and optimize resources to maximize profitability.

· Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.

· Compliance & Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

· Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project.

· Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular progress reports, documentation, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

It would be great if you also have

· Experience in working with start-ups

· Minimum 3years of relevant experience in areas such as, but not limited to:

· Experience in working with hospitality construction projects.
