Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for turning blueprints into reality We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to drive high-impact projects from concept to completion. In this role, you'll oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution-ensuring every detail aligns with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Requirements:

Bachelors of Civil Engineering and an equalent degree from an accredited institution

Minimum 3years of experience in construction project management

Should have experience in both architectural and interior projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite is required

Should have own vehicle to travel

Must be able to communicate in Kannada and English

Skills:

Understanding and knowledge of project management and building construction.

Managing project progress and adapting work as required

Optimizing and improving processes and team handling experience

Engage with stakeholders to determine and execute the project seamlessly

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and deadlines.

Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.

Budget & Cost Control: Monitor financial performance, manage costs, and optimize resources to maximize profitability.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project.

Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular progress reports, documentation, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

It would be great if you also have

Experience in working with start-ups

Minimum 3years of relevant experience in areas such as, but not limited to:

Experience in working with hospitality construction projects.
