• Probation: 6 months

Compensation

• Salary: ₹2.16 LPA
• Accommodation: Not provided
• (Local hostel available at approx. ₹5,500 including food)

Educational Qualification

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Fresh graduates can apply (Final mark sheet mandatory)
• Prior work experience, if any, will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Review and understand drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Coordinate site activities with consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Supervise site execution to ensure quality and compliance with drawings
• Monitor daily progress and report to management
• Maintain site documentation and records
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline
