Attend site visit with the client
Prepare in daily operation staff arrangement
Check & arrange materials & tools for project
Liaise and coordinate with the clients and general workforce to meet the schedule
Attend to meeting or discussion with client on work activity or any improvement works
To effectively handle customer's direct complaints and feedbacks so that situation won't be aggravated.
To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
To perform site measurements, maintain records and submit data to Operations Manager / Admin for billing
Manage and control workers and monitoring the workers closely to keep site safer and neat.
Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Ensure compliance to the rules, regulations, policies and procedures set by BCA & ISO.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management team
