Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Site Engineer - PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) located on-sites in all over South india . The Site Engineer will oversee on-site operations, ensuring adherence to design plans, structural integrity, and project timelines. Responsibilities include quality control, verifying and managing structural engineering standards, and collaborating with teams to resolve construction issues. Additionally, the role requires proactive coordination with civil engineers and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Experience with on-site management and familiarity with the practical aspects of construction activities.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quality control processes to maintain project standards and compliance.
- A solid understanding of Structural Engineering principles and knowledge of Pre-Engineered Building systems.
- Civil engineering qualifications or experience in related construction disciplines.
- Ability to analyze and solve on-site challenges efficiently and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil /Mechanical Engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in the steel structure or PEB industry is an advantage.
