Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience working on active construction sites.
Candidates should possess effe residential active communication skills for coordination with project teams, contractors, and clients.
Candidates should possess quality control skills, including inspection, testing, and adherence to construction standards.
Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
Candidates should possess a background as civil engineers or in civil engineering, with relevant project experience.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Working knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and site documentation practices is beneficial.
Proficiency in basic engineering software, project documentation tools, and MS Office is an advantage.
