Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MEP Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site execution, coordination, and project delivery for MEP works. The role requires extensive travel across South India and strong expertise in client billing, execution, and site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) as per project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and verify client billing, measurement sheets, and site documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct material planning, tracking, and site inventory management.
• Resolve technical issues and support project teams during inspections and audits.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the project manager.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP site execution.
• Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, execution standards, and procedures.
• Experience in client billing and site documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple sites with frequent travel across South India.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred.
