Role Description The Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including supervising construction and installation work, coordinating with civil and electrical engineering teams, and monitoring adherence to project plans and specifications. This role involves ensuring quality control standards, conducting site inspections, maintaining safety practices, and resolving technical issues that arise during execution. The Site Engineer will communicate regularly with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and support timely project completion within budget and compliance requirements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills, with experience managing daily activities and coordinating field operations.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills to interact with project teams, contractors, and clients and to document site progress.
• Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure work meets safety, regulatory, and project standards.
• Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or electrical projects will be an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, use basic site measurement tools, and apply safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in dynamic project environments.
