Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Coordinate liaison activities with government departments, local bodies, and utility service providers for construction-related approvals and documentation.
- Verify and ensure compliance with project drawings, technical specifications, and standards.
- Manage contractors, labor, and material requirements at the site.
- Maintain site records, work progress reports, and daily logs.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations at the site.
- Support the project team in planning, scheduling, and execution of work.
- Liaise with vendors, consultants, and clients for smooth project progress.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
- Good understanding of liaison and documentation procedures related to construction.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and travel between project locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting tools.
