The Site Engineer will be responsible for driving business opportunities and managing end-to-end execution of sanitation and sewer cleaning projects. The role involves field operations, client coordination, project planning, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities for sanitation and sewer cleaning solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into operational projects.
- Participate in tender submissions, bidding processes, and client negotiations.
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, and engagement with municipal authorities.
- Plan, estimate costs, and ensure timely execution of short-term projects.
- Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of robotic sanitation equipment.
- Act as the primary point of contact between site teams, clients, and municipal officials.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, transport, and safety teams to resolve challenges.
- Manage multiple site operations simultaneously and ensure smooth execution.
- Handle billing submissions, compliance documentation, and follow up on payment status.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Willingness to travel to multiple locations as per operational requirements.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech or any equivalent degree).
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in field operations, site execution, or related roles.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in field environments and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
