Job Description:
- Manage and execute on-site projects to ensure completion within the defined timelines.
- Handle Interior Fit-Out activities including False Ceiling, Panelling, Tiling, Painting, Glazing, Electrical Wiring, and Carpentry works.
- Monitor project expenditure and ensure execution within the approved budget.
- Maintain and organize project documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Prepare and submit timely project status reports.
- Coordinate with commercial and internal teams for material and project-related deliveries.
- Participate in PIR (Post Implementation Review) for completed projects to identify lessons learned, successful practices, improvement opportunities, and delay analysis.
Required Candidate Profile:
- B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in project execution and interior fit-out works.
- Experience in Apparel Retail / Interior Projects will be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and HVAC systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project requirements.
- Strong coordination, reporting, and project management skills.
- Hindi speaking ability will be an added advantage.
