- Monitor all SOPs, processes, systems, and software of the Installation Department.
- Ensure that drawing details are fully collected and that Kick-off, Recheck, and Installation are completed within the standard timeline and as per quality guidelines.
- Oversee the unloading and checking of furniture components at the site with proper care.
- Motivate, manage, and monitor the performance of department staff.
- Conduct technical training sessions.
- Monitor technicians daily productivity and revenue reports.
- Ensure proper care, storage, and inventory management of the field teams tools and equipment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of field service technicians.
- Possess sufficient knowledge of Trace and Track Software specific to the interior industry.
