Monitor all SOPs, processes, systems, and software of the Installation Department.
Ensure that drawing details are fully collected and that Kick-off, Recheck, and Installation are completed within the standard timeline and as per quality guidelines.
Oversee the unloading and checking of furniture components at the site with proper care.
Motivate, manage, and monitor the performance of department staff.
Conduct technical training sessions.
Monitor technicians daily productivity and revenue reports.
Ensure proper care, storage, and inventory management of the field teams tools and equipment.
Ensure the safety and well-being of field service technicians.
Possess sufficient knowledge of Trace and Track Software specific to the interior industry.
