Experience :- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience inpeb structuraland industrial projects.
Job Description :-
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil and infrastructure projects (roads,buildings, drainage, utilities, etc.).
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical reports.
- Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Oversee contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers during all project stages.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Implement quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
- Identify risks and propose technical solutions to resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, environmental regulations, and company standards.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
