Site Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible professional to handle both site engineering and building material marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction work, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with labor and contractors, and monitoring material usage at site. In addition, the role includes promoting and marketing building materials such as cement, steel, bricks, and other construction products, generating leads from contractors and builders, visiting project sites for business development, following up with clients, and closing sales orders. The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering qualification, good communication and negotiation skills, the ability to manage site operations independently, and a proactive approach toward achieving sales targets.
