Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will oversee daily site operations, including managing construction activities, coordinating with project teams, ensuring quality control, and addressing technical challenges. Responsibilities include reviewing structural plans, supervising on-site execution, monitoring project progress, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in on-site management and supervision of construction activities
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams
- Expertise in quality control processes to uphold construction standards and specifications
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and their application to construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellence
- Prior experience in construction project management is a plus
