Site Engineer (Civil)
Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Site Engineer to join our Government Approved Valuer & Architecture Engineer firm. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced Civil Engineers who are passionate about construction, site supervision, project coordination, and engineering documentation. The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to valuation projects, architectural coordination, and civil engineering site work while working in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections, measurements, and project monitoring.
- Assist in valuation and architectural projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare engineering reports, estimates, and project documentation.
- Maintain records using Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ensure quality and safety standards during site activities.
- Support senior engineers in project planning and execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering concepts.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for site inspections.
Salary & Benefits
Training stipend of
₹15,000/month for the first 3 months, followed by
₹18,000–₹20,000/month after successful completion. Hands-on project exposure, career growth, and continuous learning opportunities are provided.
