Site Engineer - Fresher

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, suitable for a fresher Site Engineer. The role will involve working on construction sites, assisting with quality control processes, coordinating with team members, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and deadlines. Tasks include supporting structural engineering work, managing site-related activities, and maintaining effective communication with both on-ground teams and project stakeholders.

• Experience or knowledge in On-Site work and an understanding of site management processes
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of Quality Control and an ability to ensure project compliance with technical standards
• Background in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in varied project scenarios
• Pleasant disposition, enthusiasm for learning, and interest in construction and engineering projects
