Site Engineer

Should have a degree in Civil engineering with 2-3 years of experience in residential building work

Should be able to coordinate with all Agencies/Contractors/Architects.

Day to day management and execution of site as per BOQ.

Preparing Rate analysis for extra items.

Expert in making BAR/PERT Chart and timely tracking to achieve deadlines accordingly.

Checking of contractors bills & Measurements.

Preparing RA bills and getting it certified from the client.

Quality checking of Material and work

Controlling Wastage / Damages/Losses/Leakages during on-going construction.

Maintaining MOM of all the clients/PMC meetings.

Review requirements of the specification and relevant standards and ensure understandings and compliance of work done with the specified requirements of the specification and drawings.

Responsible for all finishing activities such as but not limited to block work & plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and painting, tiling and marble works, parquet flooring and landscaping.

Should have knowledge of AutoCad.
