Site Engineer

Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites (pan India), ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include supervising site teams, coordinating with supervisor, contractors, and vendors, monitoring project progress, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The role involves conducting site inspections, verifying materials and workmanship, maintaining documentation such as daily logs and reports, and supporting adherence to timelines and budget. The Site Engineer will also contribute to implementing safety protocols, supporting structural engineering decisions, and assisting in quality control procedures across ongoing projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in pan India with base location at Indore.

Qualifications

• Strong on-site supervision skills with experience managing construction activities and coordinating with civil engineering teams.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Knowledge of quality control processes, construction standards, and safety regulations to ensure compliant project execution.
• Understanding of structural engineering principles and civil engineering practices relevant to industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior site engineering or construction management experience.(0-4 years)
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project plans, and to use basic construction-related software tools

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work in dynamic site conditions.
• Familiarity with local building codes, codal compliance requirements, and best practices in industrial infrastructure projects.
