Site Engineer ( Elect & Instrument) 

Job description:

•  Ensure the project is technically fit for purpose from a control and instrumentation perspective and meet the statutory requirements.
• Identify the control and instrumentation engineering deliverables, based on the scope agreed by the Management, and use these as a basis to assist in the provision the project estimates and project execution plan.
• Responsible for ensuring that all instrumentation engineering scope change is agreed with the management prior to implementation through the life of the project.
• Facilitate the generation of the instrumentation engineering risks and mitigations for project risk register, (including 3rd part risk registers) and their ongoing management.
• Work with the project planner to agree instrumentation engineering resource requirements and milestones and to monitor progress against them.
• Provide expert advice and assistance to outside vendors, manufacturers, and design firms on instrument engineering matters.
• Originate and carry out engineering studies to determine potential problems and remedies to existing problems, resolve complex technical problems, and review data sheets for instrumentation.
• Inspection of installations in factories and in the field.
• Troubleshoot complex instrumentation and control system issues in operational facilities.
• Develop and maintain the engineering standards and design best practices

1.          Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpaainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)

2.          Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)

3.          Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)

4.          Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)

5.          Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)

6.          Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)

7.          Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)

8.          Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
