Role Summary
The Site Engineer will be responsible for the execution and supervision of civil structural works at the site, ensuring quality construction, adherence to approved drawings, and timely completion of activities in high-rise residential projects using MIVAN / Aluminium Formwork system.
MIVAN / Aluminium Formwork and High-Rise experience are mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute civil structural works, including Pile Foundation, RCC, Conventional & MIVAN/Aluform Shuttering as per approved drawings.
- Supervise MIVAN cycle activities, including shuttering, reinforcement, embedments, concreting, de-shuttering, and slab cycle planning.
- Monitor daily and weekly execution schedule and ensure progress as per project timeline.
- Plan and control site manpower deployment for efficient execution.
- Study and interpret GFC / AutoCAD drawings, reinforcement details, and structural parameters.
- Coordinate with Contractors and Sub-Contractors for smooth site operations.
- Prepare measurement sheets and RA Bills for contractor and subcontractor billing.
- Maintain material reconciliation statements for Steel, Cement, RMC, and other materials.
- Ensure proper handover of structural work to the finishing team with quality compliance.
- Conduct regular quality and safety checks at the site.
- Review drawings and close technical observations before execution.
- Report daily progress, issues, and execution status to the Project Manager.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5+ years (Maximum 9 years)
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Location: DTC Good Earth
Mandatory (Non-Negotiable)
- Hands-on experience in MIVAN / Aluform / Aluminium Formwork
- Experience in High-Rise Building construction
- Strong exposure to RCC structural execution
- Ability to read and execute GFC / AutoCAD drawings
Preferred
- Experience in Real Estate / Residential Housing Projects
- Strong contractor & site coordination ability
- Stable work history preferred
