Role Description

The Site Engineer role at Desai Homes is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and workers, and ensure that work progresses according to design specifications, schedules, and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring structural work, supervising quality control checks, maintaining site documentation, and reporting project status to project managers. The role also involves resolving on-site technical issues, verifying material quality, and supporting adherence to regulatory and company guidelines throughout the construction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in construction supervision.
• Knowledge of site execution, measurements, and drawing interpretation.
• Familiarity with construction quality standards and site safety practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
