WE ARE HIRING – SITE ENGINEER / SITE INCHARGE

Location: Ulwe, Navi Mumbai

Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering

Experience: 4+ Years

Salary: 33,000–35,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contractors, supervisors & materials
• Coordinate with contractors for quality and timely execution
• Track project progress and schedules
• Ensure quality, standards & regulations
• Prepare project reports and maintain records
• Monitor project costs and control overspending
• Prepare RA, client & subcontractor/vendor bills
• Verify quantities from drawings and site execution
• Handle quantity reconciliation and variations
• Identify project risks, delays and cost overruns

Skills Required

• AutoCAD & MS Excel
• Residential real-estate project experience mandatory
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of construction contracts, rate analysis & budgeting
• Quantity Surveying experience will be an added advantage
