Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in high-rise building construction to manage and oversee on-site execution activities. The ideal candidate will ensure project delivery aligns with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for high-rise building projects
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Handle RCC works, structural activities, finishing works, and MEP coordination
- Verify and certify work measurements and billing
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges proactively
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of high-rise construction techniques and methodologies
- Expertise in RCC structures, formwork systems, and vertical construction
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Familiarity with construction software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel)
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in high-rise building construction projects
