Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role across Maharashtra for a Site Engineer (Civil/Electrical). The Site Engineer will supervise and monitor project activities at construction sites, ensure quality control, and oversee the structural engineering aspects of the projects. The role requires coordination with project teams and effective communication to ensure that project specifications and timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Educational qualifications in Civil or Electrical Engineering
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Experience in on-site supervision and project execution
- Strong communication abilities to interact with clients and teams
- Proficiency in managing quality control and ensuring adherence to standards
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices
- Experience in renewable energy projects (preferred but not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site execution activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and technical specifications
- Monitor quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality benchmarks
- Interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and plans
- Identify and resolve on-site technical challenges
- Maintain proper site documentation and reporting
- Ensure effective execution of civil structures and electrical systems
