Position OverviewCatalyst Reality Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) with minimum 57 years of hands-on experience in residential construction projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and effective coordination among all stakeholders.
This role requires a high level of ownership, as the candidate will report directly to the Founder.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution and Supervision- Oversee daily on-site construction activities
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
Quality Control- Ensure all construction activities meet defined quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and identify deviations
- Take corrective actions to maintain construction quality
Contractor and Vendor Coordination- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure efficient manpower deployment and productivity
- Verify work completion and support billing processes
Planning and Reporting- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and site documentation
- Track milestones and report progress directly to the Founder
- Highlight risks, delays, and execution challenges proactively
Material and Inventory Management- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials
- Maintain accurate site inventory records
Safety Compliance- Ensure adherence to all site safety norms and regulations
- Conduct regular safety checks and enforce compliance
Candidate Requirements- Experience: Minimum 57 years in residential or commercial construction projects
- Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Strong coordination and team management skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Must have knowledge of operating and managing various machines required for construction processes
- Experience from any part of India will be considered
Preferred Profile- Experience in high-rise residential projects
- Exposure to finishing work and modern construction practices
- Ability to handle site-level decision-making independently
