MECHANICAL SITE ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION : 1. Erection of Rotary and Electrical Equipment 2. Piping Erection and Trial at site as per approved Drawing . 3. E & C Protocol Preparation approval from Client Site team 4. Ability to Review mechanical drawings, BOQs, specifications, method statements, and material requirements. 5. Supervise and coordinate day-to-day mechanical site activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. 6. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution. 6. Strong ability to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and timely execution. 7. Coordinating site operations, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. 8. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper installation, workmanship, quality, and compliance with project requirements. 9. Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient site utilization and timely completion of activities. 10. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, inspection requests, material reports, checklists, and other project documentation. 12. Identify technical issues and site constraints and coordinate with the engineering team to implement effective solutions. 13. Ensure all mechanical works comply with applicable safety procedures, quality standards, and approved project specifications. 14. Assist in testing and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment and ensure proper handover documentation. 15. Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections, testing, and closure of punch points and site observations. 16. Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and report delays or deviations to the project management team. 17. Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices are maintained at the site.
