Job Description:

Site Engineer, Billing and Receivables Specialist for Sites (Statutory Payment understanding as they are part of billing would be additional help full).

Responsibilities:

Checking the PO thoroughly with all the clauses well.

Generate and send out invoices to customers on time as per their format and entries.

Monitor accounts receivable to identify overdue accounts and delayed payment credit limits to be defined.

Follow up with customers on overdue invoices via phone, email, or mail.

Process incoming payments, reconcile accounts with accounts Dept, and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues with customers.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reports MIS.

Collaborate with the accounts and Corrdination teams to ensure accurate billing and resolve customer queries.

Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures.

Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service in terms of billing and resolutions of the documentations for the same.

Experience background/Job profile: Knowledge of plumbing particularly uPVC, open as well concealed, underground piping, installation of pumps and filters, site co-ordination with client, contractor and organization, handling and monitoring contractors. Scheduling and forecasting of site activity.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Science and Engineer or a related field.

Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.must.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing procedures.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Desired skills: Should be able to read and understand AutoCAD drawings. Must be able to effectively communicate with client and understand his requirement. He should be able to communicate with site team, (plumbers, Civil helpers, electricians). He will be required to handle sites at multiple locations. He should be able to co-ordinate with office for material requirement at sites.
