Role Description

This is a full-time Site Engineer position located on-site in Coimbatore. The Site Engineer will oversee construction activities, ensuring that facade installations align with project specifications and timelines. Responsibilities include on-site supervision, quality control, coordinating with project managers, and addressing day-to-day operational challenges. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety protocols and collaborating with design and structural engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in on-site management and implementation of construction tasks
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders effectively
• Experience in quality control to ensure adherence to safety and project standards
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles and their practical application
• Background in civil engineering or a related field; Civil Engineers are highly preferred
• Ability to adapt to project challenges and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
