Site Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction operations and drive project execution from planning through completion. You'll be responsible for day-to-day site management, technical coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Estimate material quantities and prepare cost assessments
• Develop and manage project schedules and timelines
• Supervise construction execution and monitor progress
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
• Handle client communications and site interactions
• Maintain site documentation and records

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of hands-on site experience in residential construction/redevelopment
• Strong understanding of construction methods and practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with project scheduling and quantity estimation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
