Job Description:

Salary Range: INR 22,000-30,000 Per month

6 months - 1 year of experience, or equivalent internship experience.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Interior) to oversee and manage day-to-day activities on interior project sites and taking measurements. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination among stakeholders, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations on interior project sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all activities align with project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on materials and workmanship to maintain high-quality benchmarks.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including site diaries, daily progress reports, and material inventory logs.
• Prepare and submit quality assurance reports for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project managers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and on-site regulations.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Technical Skills: Proficiency MS Office and Knowledge in AutoCAD

Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and processes.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Candidates should be willing to travel/stay at project locations as required.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
