Position: Interior Site Engineer

Location: On-site (Primarily in Bangalore / Vizag)

Two wheeler & Fluency in Telugu is Mandatory

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly responsible and technically sound Interior Site Engineer who can lead, manage, and execute interior projects on-site. You will be the bridge between the design, procurement, and execution teams ensuring smooth coordination, quality output, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day on-site execution for residential interior projects

Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and civil teams

Ensure implementation of drawings and BOQs shared by the design team

Validate measurements and supervise modular/furniture installations

Resolve on-site challenges and make real-time decisions to avoid project delays

Manage material delivery, storage, and usage with accountability

Maintain project timelines and ensure adherence to quality standards

Provide regular updates, photos, and reports to the central project team

Coordinate with clients during site visits and ensure expectations are met

Ensure complete site handover with snag list resolved

Key Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in residential interior project execution

Solid understanding of interior fit-outs, modular installations, civil, and MEP

Ability to read and execute from technical drawings, BOQs, and 3Ds

Strong team management and coordination skills

High sense of ownership, problem-solving, and accountability

Comfortable with fast-paced and high-end project environments

Good communication skills in English and local language

Bonus Skills

Working knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp is a plus

Experience with premium or luxury home interiors

Site handover or defect rectification experience
