SIte Engineer and Project Manager

We are looking for exceptional and self motivated candidates to apply for a Site Engineer and Project Manager role in our firm. All candidates need to have ambitions to work at the highest standards of the industry.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the position will be:

1. Reading and visualising drawings issued carefully and holistically.
2. Preparing BOQ and specifications for work for quotation from vendors and contractors.
3. Ascertain challenges and process to ensure smooth transition into construction and production.
4. Communicating instructions and quality standards clearly to vendors.
5. Creating precautionary oversight over quality of work done at site.
6. Preparing schedule to ensure smooth progress of work at site.
7. Site supervision with clear communication of responsibilities and deadlines.
8. Check Bills and certify payments.

Qualifications

We need candidates who have a degree or diploma in engineering, who have a clear sense of the basics of construction. They should have the ability to visualise and internalise all drawings. They should be authoritative and clear in their communication. They should have the ability to learn and question.
