Role Description
We are hiring a Site Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Khammam. The Site Engineer will oversee on-site operations related to solar installation projects, ensuring quality control throughout the implementation process. Responsibilities include supervising structural engineering activities, liaising with civil engineers, managing communication among team members, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Additional duties may involve collaborating with design and construction teams to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in on-site project management and supervision
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with clients, teams, and stakeholders
- Expertise in quality control and adherence to safety and regulatory standards
- Knowledge in structural engineering and experience working with technical plans
- Background in civil engineering with a focus on construction management
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical
- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar projects, is an added advantage
