Position: Site Engineer

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Experience: 2-5 years

Budget: Rs 15000 to 25000 (Monthly)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

JD:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely completion and compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings and ensure work is executed accordingly.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, including progress, labor deployment, and materials consumption.
• Ensure materials delivered to the site conform to approved specifications.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues at the site.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are strictly followed at the site.
• Assist in the preparation of site-level budgets, cost tracking, and material planning.
