Position Title: Site Director
Reports To: Regional Head Operations
Location: Sonipat
Role Summary
The Site Director is responsible for ensuring seamless operations at the assigned site, driving service excellence, profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage diverse teams while maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Food Operations
- Ensure all service deliveries comply with client agreements and company standards.
- Develop and upgrade menus, including special event menus, to enhance customer experience.
- Conceptualize and implement promotional activities, festivals, and special events.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety and hygiene policies at the site.
- Conduct operational audits to ensure compliance with established processes and policies.
2. Organic Growth & Profitability
- Monitor site profitability through timely analysis of operational reports and implement corrective measures.
- Alert management promptly about any operational risks or threats.
- Achieve site-specific sales and profit targets consistently.
3. Debtors Management
- Ensure timely submission of invoice data to the accounts department.
- Enforce prompt collection of invoiced amounts as per agreed terms.
- Maintain accurate tracking of invoices and payment status at the site.
4. Manpower Management & Training
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Prepare manpower budgets aligned with operational growth.
- Identify training needs and support development of training modules for staff.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels and ensure HR processes and welfare activities are implemented effectively.
5. Communication & Client Retention
- Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding services, new initiatives, and hygiene standards.
- Document all client interactions and service-related issues.
- Ensure branding policies are implemented as per specifications.
- Achieve 100% client retention through timely resolution of concerns and superior service delivery.
6. Cost Management
- Collaborate with the Purchase department to forecast cost trends and manage revisions.
- Develop operational strategies to mitigate cost increases.
- Analyze cost centers and implement measures to improve efficiency.
7. Legal Compliance
- Coordinate with HR, SEQ, and Legal teams to ensure all statutory and legal requirements are met and documented.
8. Systems & Process Management
- Implement and monitor company systems and processes at the site.
- Review process effectiveness and recommend improvements.
9. Safety, Environment & Quality (SEQ)
- Work with SEQ teams to implement safety and quality policies.
- Report all SEQ-related incidents promptly and communicate potential hazards.
10. Contract Management
- Lead timely renegotiation of contracts and rate renewals.
- Ensure all agreements are valid and up-to-date across sites.
Qualifications
- Graduate (10+2+3 scheme).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in managing food services, housekeeping, and engineering operations.
