Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site CRM Executive role based in Chennai. The Site CRM Executive will manage customer interactions at the project site, ensuring a smooth experience from initial inquiry through post-booking support. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer queries, coordinating site visits, maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system, and supporting the sales team with timely updates and follow-ups. The role also involves tracking customer feedback, assisting with documentation and payment follow-ups, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. The Site CRM Executive will work closely with sales, finance, and operations to enhance customer satisfaction and support customer retention initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Major Skills required - Customer Snag Management, Handling Customization Requests, Technical Knowledge.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Experience skills to engage professionally with customers, understand their needs, and provide clear, timely updates.
  • Customer Retention and Sales skills to support lead nurturing, follow-ups, and relationship-building throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, track interactions in the CRM system, and generate insights that improve customer journeys.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
  • Ability to work on-site at project locations in Chennai, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
