Site Civil Engineer

Our Client is looking for a responsible and proactive Site Engineer who will supervise construction

activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. The role requires coordination with architects, contractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure efficient construction progress.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision

Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.

Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor construction progress and report status to management.

Ensure work is completed according to project schedules.

2. Layout & Technical Verification

Perform site layout marking before construction begins.

Verify levels, alignments, and measurements.

Ensure structural and architectural drawings are properly followed.

3. Quality Monitoring

Monitor construction quality and workmanship.

Ensure materials used meet required project specifications.

Identify and report construction defects or deviations.

4. Contractor & Labor Coordination

Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.

Manage labor teams and ensure productivity.

Ensure workers follow site instructions and schedules.

5. Material Planning & Monitoring

Monitor material usage at site.

Inform management about material requirements in advance.

Track material deliveries and site stock.

6. Safety Compliance

Ensure safety guidelines are followed at site.

Maintain safe working conditions for labor teams.

Report safety hazards or incidents immediately.

7. Drawings and drafting

Civil drawings and drafting based on architecture drawings

coordinate with architecture team during drawings

Estimation of quantities and civil specifications.

8. Site Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site progress reports.

Track manpower attendance and work progress.

Assist in measurement documentation and billing records.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience

MIN. 3YRS COMPULSORY . 36 years construction experience.

Skills:

Site supervision

Material knowledge

Civil works and construction knowledge

Autocad for civil drawings and drafting

MS Office (basic)

Google ecosystem (basic)

LANGUAGES: Kannada & English (MANDATORY). Hindi & Telugu (plus point)
