*The Role: Site Engineer*
We're seeking skilled Site Engineers to oversee and manage construction activities across our project sites in Maharashtra and Karnataka. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications, schedule, and safety protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision for tasks including earthwork, bridge work, railway and highway construction, and general building work.
- Implement and enforce Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures and maintain a robust safety culture on site.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth execution and resolve site issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, material consumption logs, and resource deployment records.
- Manage site resources to optimize productivity.
*What We're Looking For*
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably with exposure to railway and highway projects.
- Strong technical understanding of civil construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in challenging site environments.
- Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites as required.
