Job Title: Labour & Billing Executive
Department: Site Operations / Accounts
Location: Kandivali
Gender : Female
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Experience: 2–5 years
We are looking for a Labour & Billing Executive to handle labour attendance, wage calculations, petty cash, and site billing for our real estate projects in Kandivali.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily labour attendance and wage records
- Prepare labour and contractor bills
- Manage site petty cash with proper documentation
- Coordinate with site and accounts teams
- Ensure compliance with labour documentation and standards
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Civil, Commerce, or related field
- Experience in real estate or construction preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Good coordination and documentation skills
