Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil works on project sites in Coimbatore in a full-time, on-site capacity. Key tasks include supervising construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors and site staff, and monitoring quality, safety, and progress. The role involves planning and scheduling site activities, checking levels and measurements, preparing daily reports, and supporting material inspections and quantity verification. The Site Civil Engineer will also assist in resolving technical issues on-site, liaise with project managers and consultants, and help ensure timely completion of milestones within budget and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering fundamentals.
• Candidates should possess skills related to working as Civil Engineers and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Candidates should possess planning skills, including site planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Stormwater Management and other site infrastructure services.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in site execution for building or infrastructure projects, preferably in Coimbatore or similar locations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Strong focus on safety, quality control, and compliance with local regulations.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in basic engineering software and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
