Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with design plans. Key tasks include supervising site work, coordinating with the design team, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, managing materials and budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve project challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering principles and practices
• Experience in finishing and planning
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to work collaboratively with architects, clients, and contractors
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Prior experience in construction site management is a plus
