One of our client Seeking a Site Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience to handle site evaluations, audits, property measurements, and regular field visits across Tamil Nadu, ensuring accurate reporting and strong civil engineering support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits for property identification, measurements, and assessment of location factors
- Evaluate market rates and prepare valuation reports with high accuracy
- Ensure all reports follow quality standards, TAT, and customer expectations
- Maintain MIS reports, valuation data, and documentation
- Track market trends, new developments, and highlight risk-prone or fraudulent activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Skills & Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil or BE Civil
- Ability to read, write, and speak Tamil, with proficiency in English
- Must own a bike with a valid driving license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to integrity
- Comfortable with daily travel and on-field inspections
- Eager to learn and grow
