About the Role
Supervise and manage repair and maintenance work at the project site.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage repair and maintenance work at the project site.
- Inspect buildings/structures to identify repair and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors for timely completion of work.
- Ensure work is carried out according to quality standards and safety guidelines.
- Monitor daily site activities and maintain site reports.
- Estimate materials required for repair work and manage inventory.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Report work progress to the project manager or senior engineer.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety measures at the site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in repair and maintenance projects.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction materials and repair techniques.
- Ability to manage site workers and contractors.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and site documentation.
