Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Site Civil Engineer. The role involves overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with designs, safety regulations, and project timelines. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and monitoring activities in the construction site, managing construction schedules, and addressing any issues that arise during project implementation. Coordination with the project team, contractors and the client to deliver successful outcomes is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of architectural and structural drawings
• Experience in planning and executing construction projects with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other Civil Engineers and project team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in relevant design and engineering software is a plus
• Previous experience in on-site project management is highly desirable
