Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will perform full-time, on-site diagnostic assessments in the Greater Bengaluru Area, focusing on structural issues, seepage, and dampness in residential properties. In this role, the engineer will visit client locations, conduct detailed visual inspections, use diagnostic tools (including thermal imaging equipment), and collect relevant site data and measurements. The engineer will analyze findings, interpret structural behavior, and collaborate with the team to prepare clear, evidence-based reports for homeowners. Responsibilities include planning site visits, documenting observations, ensuring health and safety compliance during inspections, and maintaining accurate records in line with Foxscan's quality standards. The role requires strong client-facing skills, as the engineer will explain findings, answer questions, and help homeowners understand potential structural risks and options without recommending specific contractors or repair services.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in civil engineering and structural diagnostics, including Civil Engineering and Civil Engineers experience.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and planning for residential structures and related site works.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and its impact on seepage, dampness, and structural integrity.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret field data and structural behavior.
- Experience conducting on-site inspections and preparing clear, structured technical reports for non-technical audiences.
- Comfort working in the field, including visiting multiple sites per week within the Greater Bengaluru Area.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to engage respectfully with diverse homeowners.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and technologies such as thermal imaging (training can be provided).
- Attention to detail, professional integrity, and commitment to unbiased, evidence-based assessments.
