Site Civil Engineer - External Developments

About the Role

H2H Infra Estate is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Civil Engineer with hands-on exposure to external development and infrastructure works for real estate projects including plotted townships. The candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, supervision, quality control, and coordination of civil infrastructure works, including internal roads, STP, WTP, drainage, sewerage, and water supply networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute external development works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Manage construction of internal roads, including earthwork, subgrade preparation, GSB, WMM, kerbs, and road finishing.
• Oversee STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) civil works and coordinate with relevant contractors and vendors.
• Supervise underground sewerage networks, stormwater drainage, water supply pipelines, and other utility services.
• Monitor excavation, backfilling, leveling, compaction, and related site activities.
• Ensure quality control through inspections, material testing, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project management teams.
• Read and interpret civil drawings, BOQs, levels, and technical specifications.
• Maintain daily progress reports, measurement books, site records, and material consumption reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, construction quality, and project timelines.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely corrective actions to avoid delays and rework.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in site execution, preferably in real estate or township infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience in external development works, particularly internal roads, sewerage, drainage, water supply, and STP/WTP-related works.
• Good understanding of civil construction drawings, levels, measurements, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage site manpower, contractors, and day-to-day execution independently.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing interpretation and MS Excel for site reporting will be preferred.
