Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Execution Engineer to oversee and monitor on-site civil construction activities across industrial, factory, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, maintaining safety and productivity standards, managing labor and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and design specifications.
Experience : 5 - 7 years
Salary : INR 800,000 - 1,000,000/year

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities, including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ensure that all works are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to achieve scheduled milestones and targets.
- Monitor material consumption, verify quantities, and ensure optimum utilization to minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and communicate updates to the Project Engineer / Project Manager.
- Check and verify formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures, PPE compliance, and housekeeping practices at the site.
- Assist in inspection, snag rectification, and handover processes for completed works.
- Verify measurements and quantities for subcontractor billing and documentation purposes.
Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 57 years of relevant experience in site execution of civil works for industrial, factory, commercial, or residential projects.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and project specifications.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, layouts, and structural details.
- Familiarity with QA/QC standards, formwork systems, and concreting procedures.
- MS Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD (basic drawing review and mark-up).
