We are seeking a Site Civil Engineer to join our team for an affordable housing project.
About the Role
The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil engineering activities on the project site.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the construction of civil engineering works on the project site
- Tiles Installation and Repair
- Carpenter Door Fixing, Door Fitting
- Aluminum Frame and Glass Door / Window Fixing
- Paint inside flat, outside flat, balcony railings, cleanliness
- Please note that all work mentioned above is done by Contractors on measurement
- Collaborate with contractors & customer to ensure HANDOVER is completed on time and within budget.
- Investigate to identify potential issues and develop appropriate solutions.
- Support daily wage labour, unskilled labour, security, store incharge and others for growth.
- Ensure Safety of all workers on the project site, and implement appropriate safety measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site design and construction.
- Knowledge of local and national regulations, codes, and standards governing civil engineering works.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources on construction projects.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
