Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and execute construction activities for the ICCC Building Project. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervision, quality control, coordination with consultants and contractors, and ensuring timely completion of the project as per approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site construction activities for the ICCC building.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
- Monitor RCC work, finishing work, structural elements, and MEP coordination.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at site.
- Check and verify material quality and quantity.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and weekly progress reports.
- Handle site measurements, billing verification, and contractor bills.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and project guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and site records.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3 Plus years of experience in commercial/government building projects.
- Experience in institutional or control center projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing work, and MEP coordination.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Understanding of safety and quality standards.
